President

Mark is the president of Medco Repair, Inc. With more personality than your average cartoon character, Mark is definitely the life that keeps Medco Repair moving. You may find him underneath an appliance, rummaging the stock room, or just on the phone getting things done. But rest assured that you will always find Mark working. He never rests from his constant goal of being certain that every customer is happy.

Jay is our warehouse supervisor. He has many years of shipping and packing experience, plus he is a certified mechanic. He is waiting here to be at your beck and call so give us a holler!! And we know he will work even harder for you than he does for us, so use him!!!

Ken is our shop technician. All those appliances that get rebuilt and overhauled come back to our shop and Ken is the man who tends them! Looking for a good refurbished appliance? Before you see it, Ken has probably inspected every wire and screw to be sure that it is going to be working it's best for you.

Michelle is our new office manager. She knows her way in and out of the books so parts are ordered and people are taken care of right and on time. She's also a part-time ringmaster of our circus of life here at Medco Repair Inc., keeping everyone and everything in line.

Dalton is the "Medco Mascot"! His job is to torture our technicians as only a 13-year-old boy can do! But rest assured... His services really do benefit you! If there is a spot that was missed on that refurbished piece of equipment, Dalton will make fun of the technician until it is scrubbed clean and meeting his exacting standards before it leaves our shop. This ensures that you, the customer, get the best refurbished equipment possible.

Bob is our warehouse assistant. He helps work on things in the shop and in the warehouse. He also goes out on jobs with Mark.

Dylan is the "everywhere" assistant!! Wherever he is needed, be it in the warehouse, the office, or out on the jobs with the big boys; he is standing attention at your service.
